Mr. Binette holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration from the University of  Sherbrooke, and has worked in the private investment sector for over 25 years as Assistant Manager, Real Estate Investments, Private Funds and Co-investments at Fondaction. In addition to managing a large portfolio of alternative investments, he also plays a key role in the integration of recognized sustainable development evaluation processes for all the assets under his management. In particular, he has overseen the creation of innovative and structuring financial tools that respond to societal and environmental issues.
